Uganda: 13 firms bid for JLOS House construction

The justice ministry has been receiving bids since June 12 when they announced expression of interest for construction of the complex to be called JLOS House. The complex will be constructed under a Public, Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement, according to a statement from JLOS. Kenya: NHC to Build 40 Housing Units in Kisii

THE National Housing Corporation will construct 40 housing units in Kisii Town. NHC general manager in charge of technical operations Willis Ouma said the two bedroom units will be built at Nyanchwa estate in the outskirts of Kisii town. US $80m Zim Plant in Zimbabwe to be completed by 2016

US$ 110.54b secured for the Mombasa–Bujumbura highway

US$5bn given to Mozambique for infrastructure among other projects
