SGR Developer to Buy Sh330 Million Kenyan Steel

China Road and Bridge Corporation has said it will buy some Sh330 million worth of steel from Kenyan manufacturers for constructing the Standard Gauge Railway line. Construction of the Kenya-Ethiopia converter substation to commence

Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO) has announced that the construction of US$ 230m high voltage direct current Kenya-Ethiopia converter substation is now set to begin. Africa: Chinese Company Launches Joint Cement Venture With Local Company

JKT, Polish firm to build tractor assembly plant

THE National Service economic wing (SUMA-JKT) and a Polish firm Ursus S.A signed a US $55 million deal for tractor supply and construction of an assembling plant.
